Chocolate Peanut Butter Bombs are the BOMB.

There are people in the world, like one of my daughters, one of my dear friends, and my ex-husband that like vanilla ice cream. Like when given 81 flavor choices, they choose vanilla.

I do not understand these people. I would never ever have vanilla. Okay, maybe if there were no other flavors and it was 100 degrees and I was dying, sure, I would have some. But for sure I am #teamchocolate all the way.

Since I started drinking Shakeology on a regular basis I don't really get the same cravings that I used to, but every now and again I need a little "somethingsomething" to get me through. I didn't have anything exciting int he house the other night so I decided to experiment with a fast and easy treat.

These are the freaking bomb. They are 21 day fix approved. If you are a low carber, they are good, too. If you are a vegan, holla.  And if you don't give a crap about health, you will still love these because THEY ARE AMAZING AND HAVE FOUR INGREDIENTS FOR GOODNESS SAKE.

Sorry I yelled. I get excited about chocolate and peanut butter.

Ingredients-

6 TBSP Peanut Butter (natural, chunky, whatever you have)
6 TBSP coconut oil ( note: if you use refined it will NOT taste like coconut. If you use refined it will. Personal preference, or in my case, whatever is in the house)
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet stevia (that truly is optional but I think it needs it)

Wait till you hear how easy this is:

Melt coconut oil and peanut butter in the microwave. Mix in everything else and stir super well. If it's at all lumpy after you mix/whisk, you can use an immersion blender.

Pour into silicone molds or silicone ice cube trays. Freeze for 30 min. After you pop them out I think they are best kept frozen or at least refrigerated.

Makes 24. each one is 1.5 tsp on 21 day fix.

xx, Randie
