You Are Entering a Body-Hate Free Zone. Please Procede.

Ground rules: This is a body-shaming free zone. I wouldn't worry about people saying bad things to each other...but I do worry about you saying bad things about yourselves.

Exercise because you love and respect your body, not because you hate it. This is a transformative process not just in our physical selves. You DESERVE to feel good. I truly believe that no good changes come from being in the darkness. Positive breeds itself, and so does negativity.

Can you make a decision to say something loving about yourself today?
