I had a NOT moment with pull ups yesterday.
I was really excited to put the pull-up bar I bought together. I wanted to do it without help from a man, as I am stubborn like that. (Ask me about my basketball hoop one day). So I gathered my daughters and we did the shit ALL BY OURSELVES. And i am feeling amazing and proud. I was going to hop up and do like 60 straight seconds of pull-ups.
Except for one teeny tiny problem.
I couldn't even do one.
It was a huge blow to my ego.
So what's a good plan for a goal? One by March 1? Is that too long? I think I will order one of these for the future...
Until then, I will continue with the exercise bands and pretend I am a rock star. Cause we all are, right?
