Berry Breakfast Parfait! 21 Day Fix approved!

Oatmeal and I are on a break. We are going to see other people for a few months and see if there is anything left to salvage of the relationship.

We were together for almost a year. We will always have Paris.

Not one to mourn for too long, I present to you: Berry Quinoa Breakfast Parfait. This is an amazing breakfast and much more filling than a carb alone. And if you hate berries (GASP! THE HORROR!) or are allergic try apples or whatever fruit you like.

Each container is:

1/2 cup cooked quinoa ( I made it en masse with cinnamon, Himalayan salt, coconut oil and a touch of honey)

1/2 cup berries

1-6oz container of Greek yogurt (I prefer nonfat but get 2% if you like)

A sprinkling of stevia (totally optional)

Each one is 1 red, one yellow, 1/2 purple and a tsp if you are following the 21 day fix. And 100% delish!
