Positive Mental Attitude, Baby!

So, next week I am going to host a free 5-day group. It's a whole new thing and I am hoping you will enjoy and grow with me!

It's a PMA group.

PMA stands for Positive Mental Attitude and it became popular in a Hard Core song by the Bad Brains. I am married to someone who is very involved in that scene-and even has a PMA tattoo! I don't....yet....but it definitely describes how I try and live my life.
