Be The Woman You Want Your Daughter to Be

My daughter's body images are so important to me. I never mention diet or skinny, never say I look fat (even though like the rest of us, those voices creep in sometimes). I try not to linger in the mirror too long. I don't forbid any foods. I offer healthy ones.

I work out so they know it's important to be strong.

People are watching us every day. Your children see you and hear you. Your voice becomes the tape recording in their minds, as our parents voices became ours.

So watch your words and actions. Spread love and confidence and power. And laughter. Lots and lots of laughter.

xx, Randie
